Portraits: Single session – approximately 1 hour    Fee: $225

Senior Sessions - On location or in my studio - approximately 1 hour (Can be combined with outside and short studio yearbook photo) Fee: $225

Yearbook photos in studio only - 30 minutes Fee: $150

Families: Single session – 1-3 people approximately 1 hour    Fee: $225

Client access to an online gallery of full sized images is provided for downloading, sharing and high quality print ordering. All photos are archived for safety and later usage. All images are fully edited in Lightroom and Photoshop.

Additionally, lower resolution JPG digital files are normally supplied as attachments through e-mail or along with the full sized images in a gallery if preferred. Higher resolution files are suitable for prints, lower for social media (Facebook, e-mailing, etc). These files also include adjustments in Lightroom and Photoshop.

Unedited and/or RAW files are not supplied.

Preparing for your Head Shot:

Male:

Solid colors are best. No checks or small repeating patterns as these will react with the camera sensor to create a visual interference (moire pattern).

Clean shaven and trimmed beard. You may bring a change of shirt, tie and/or jacket. Remember we’re only photographing head and shoulders so be comfortable in your choice of pants as they won’t show.

Female:

Hair done prior to the session if desired. You know when you look the best.. the day of or after a cut or style? There is a completely supplied make-up and wardrobe room with great lighting and mirrors for changes and touch up. Use a minimum of makeup.. enough to take the shine off your face as it’s easier to retouch skin than makeup.

Choose a blouse, shirt or upper garment that has no patterns.. solids are best and the color should be compatible with your skin tone.. whatever suits you best. If you want to bring a change of top please do! We can always do some photographs with and some without a jacket.

Jewelry should be minimal and not large or flashy so as not to be distracting when viewing the final results. There are loaner pieces in the wardrobe area.

Real Estate Listing Photos - Fee: $150 inclusive of all services - Invoiced upon completion Residential/Commercial listings, large or small. Exterior, interior photos to include exposure adjustments, correct vertical distortion, retouching and low resolution (for on-line listings) JPEG files. Multiple shots of each room from different angles using professional wide angle lenses to maximize coverage and highlight room sizes. Images are usually e-mailed the same day of the shoot to the listing agent.

Please note: At this time I do not offer drone or 3-D interior services

Fee:

$150 inclusive of all services (fifty cents per mile over 40 miles round trip). There may be a minor up-charge for larger properties in the 3,000 square foot range and up but always negotiated up front.

Note: Rate is based upon listings within a 20 mile radius from Ypsilanti. Mileage in excess is invoiced at .50 cents per mile.

All photos are archived in high and lower resolution files for safety and later usage.

Before/After projects    Fee $300 (two sessions) Exterior, interior photos to include exposure adjustments, retouching and high + low resolution (for on line listings) JPG files. Multiple shots of each room from different angles using professional architectural lenses to maximize coverage and highlight room sizes.
